First and foremost, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone—clients and interested attendees alike—who visited the VERSCAN booth from House of Dev Technology. Your engagement made this experience truly special. 🙏😊
This was our first time presenting “VERSCAN,” our ERP system designed for comprehensive asset management within organizations, covering every process from asset register to audit process along with our “POCUMI” system, procurement processes which streamline operations and seamlessly integrate asset information with VERSCAN. We were thrilled to introduce all attendees to this new way of asset management.
Our approach highlighted the creativity and dedication of our team, paired with our deep expertise in organizational asset management, which is closely tied to our ERP products. This allowed participants to enjoy a blend of fun and valuable insights while gaining a deeper understanding of VERSCAN and POCUMI.
Here are the challenges proving our readiness for the international stage:
- Creating a simple, engaging, and educational game about procurement and asset management.
- Developing a multiplayer system with real-time ranking displayed on an LED wall.
- Designing a prize distribution system that aligns with peak playing times and available rewards.
- Creating a backend system that connects with the organizer’s platform to effectively gather insights.
- Executing the project within a tight timeline, limited budget, and clear project plan.
Over months, our team at House of Dev Technology meticulously planned and prepared to tackle these challenges. Finally, we developed an event game in the form of gamification, designed to deliver knowledge on asset management in an enjoyable way, creating a unique and memorable experience for all attendees.
“Asset Blitz; Spot the Spec”
was one of the fun event games we developed for everyone to enjoy and learn together. In this game, players take on the role of a top-notch procurement team, selecting assets for the organization within a limited time. Players must quickly decide whether an item is functional and meets the organization’s needs.
We even incorporated characters from the MarTech Expo 2024, “AnimalStar Gang," to bring the theme to life. On the event day, our entire team was dedicated to providing accurate and comprehensive information to all booth visitors and interested participants.
Beyond the interest and engagement of event attendees, our team also had the opportunity to attend seminars led by experienced speakers from around the world, staying up-to-date with the latest in business technology. We were also delighted to sign an MOU for business collaboration with a company from South Korea.
TechSauce Global Summit 2024 represents a significant step in enhancing our team's potential and advancing our products and services to an international level.
